It all started in the backyard...

A barbecue enthusiast with over 20 years of experience, he's grown from smoking meats in his backyard for friends and family to a successful food truck restaurant. Business prospered (and what a blessing!), and he decided to expand, opening a brick-and-mortar location at 101 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640. What began as a passion and interest has now become a reality.

Trailer: About three years ago, the business was still mobile, opening at 11:00 a.m. and serving until the meats were sold out. Now, at its current location, an expanded kitchen allows him and his team to serve delicious barbecue every evening, giving everyone the chance to enjoy hickory-smoked meats!

From brisket to pulled pork, ribs, and chicken, you're sure to find something you're looking for. Plus, their signature sauces and delicious side dishes are a surefire way to win!
